Since 2014 Marzena Kras has been a co-creator of Osemlak Law Firm. She successfully completed her legal apprenticeship and gained professional experience in prestigious law offices in Wrocław. She specializes in widely understood civil law, especially in legal services provided for business entities.
Her main area of interests includes family law, she actively participates during legal proceedings by securing the best interests of minors. She has many years of experience in the administrative law procedures and effectively represents the interests of our Clients, especially in the scope of construction law.
She’s a participant in the merger processes of business entities, joint ventures, also as a co-creator of contracts for companies and partners, regulations for boards of directors and a number of other internal instruments for economic entities.
She’s fluent in English.
