Alicja has already cooperated with our Office during het lawyer’s apprenticeship, gaining experience associated with the profession of a lawyer.
She co-creates our law firm actively, representing Clients interests during litigations. She has a great experience in conducting civil cases, contractual relationships in particular, but also in family law and inheritance law.
She’s an advisor to business entities, especially in regards to regulations of Act on Copyright and Related Rights. She’s responsible for securing our Clients copyrights by taking part in negotiations and preparing copyright transfer contracts, license and publishing agreements.
She’s fluent in English and German.
